SPA InterContinental Kyiv Membership Terms & SPA Attendance Rules

1. General Provisions

SPA InterContinental Kyiv is designed to provide guests with relaxation, rejuvenation, and wellness. By visiting the SPA facilities or purchasing a membership card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Age Requirements

• Membership cards are available exclusively to adults aged 18 years and older.
• Children under the age of 12 may obtain a membership at 50% of the applicable membership fee, provided it is linked to the membership card of a parent or legal guardian.
• Children aged 12 and above are required to purchase a membership at the full applicable rate. The membership must be linked to the membership card of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Membership Discount Program

    Annual Membership

Upon the first purchase of an Annual Membership, the cardholder receives a permanent 20% discount.

This discount applies to:

• all SPA services;
• future membership purchases.

   Six-Month Membership

Upon the first purchase of a Six-Month Membership, the cardholder receives a permanent 10% discount.

This discount applies to:

• all SPA services;
• future membership purchases.

4. Personal Use of Membership Cards

• Membership cards are strictly personal.
• A membership card may only be used by its registered holder.
• Membership cards are non-transferable.
• Membership discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions, special offers, or discounted services.

5. SPA Etiquette

To ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines:

• Maintain a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
• Please switch mobile phones to silent mode while in the SPA.
• Children must not be left unattended at any time.
• Respect the privacy and personal space of other guests.

6. Appointments

• Guests are kindly requested to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid delays for subsequent appointments.
• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled no later than two hours before the scheduled treatment time.

7. Health Information

Before using the SPA facilities or services, guests confirm that they:

• are in suitable physical condition to use the SPA facilities, equipment, and services;
• will inform the SPA team of any pregnancy, allergies, cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, or any other medical condition that may affect the safe delivery of treatments;
• will consult a physician prior to using the SPA facilities if they have any serious medical condition.

8. Liability

InterContinental Kyiv shall not be held liable for:

• personal injuries resulting from failure to follow these rules or from any pre-existing or individual medical conditions;
• loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings;
• valuables left unattended in lockers or changing areas.

Guests are encouraged to store valuables in the complimentary safety deposit boxes available at the Hotel Reception.

9. Amendments

SPA InterContinental Kyiv reserves the right to amend these Membership Terms & Conditions, SPA Attendance Rules, and service prices at any time without prior notice.
